Acceptable Use Policy

By using SiteChecker hosting you agree not to use it for:

1. Illegal content or activity - anything unlawful under South African law, including fraud, distribution of illegal material, or infringement of intellectual property.
2. Child sexual abuse material - zero tolerance; reported to authorities and terminated immediately.
3. Adult and sexually explicit content - we do not permit pornography, sexually explicit material, escort or adult-dating services, "cam" or adult streaming, or adult content of any kind. SiteChecker is a business- and family-focused platform. Such accounts will be suspended or terminated without refund.
4. Spam - sending unsolicited bulk email, or hosting services that support spam operations.
5. Malware and abuse - hosting or distributing viruses, phishing pages, or malicious code; attempting to breach the security of any system.
6. Resource abuse - using shared hosting resources in a way that materially degrades service for other customers (crypto mining, heavy background processes, using hosting as a file-storage or streaming backend).
7. Harmful, hateful or objectionable content - content that incites violence or hatred, that is defamatory or harassing, or that promotes illegal drugs or weapons trafficking. We reserve the right to determine, at our reasonable discretion, what constitutes objectionable content.

Enforcement: We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, and without refund. Report abuse to hello@sitechecker.co.za.
