  1. Who we are. SiteChecker (Private Clients Advisory (Pty) Ltd) is the responsible party for your personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
  2. What we collect. Account details (name, email, phone, password); billing details (processed by Paystack - we do not store full card details); registrant details for domains (name or company name, ID or company registration number, address, email, phone - required by the registry); technical data (IP address, usage logs).
  3. Why we collect it. To provide and bill for our services, register domains on your behalf, comply with registry requirements, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
  4. Who we share it with. Only as needed to deliver the service: our payment processor (Paystack), our accredited domain registry channel, our email provider (MailerSend), and our infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information.
  5. Domain WHOIS. Certain registrant details may appear in public WHOIS records as required by the registry. This is a condition of registering a domain.
  6. Security. We use encryption, access controls, and reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure; we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
  7. Retention. We keep your information while you are a customer and as long as needed for legal, tax, and registry obligations afterwards.
  8. Your rights. Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing. Email hello@sitechecker.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
  9. Cross-border. Some processors may process data outside South Africa; we use providers that offer adequate protection.
