Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your hosting subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@sitechecker.co.za.
What happens when you cancel. Your hosting stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then is not renewed. Monthly plans end at the next monthly date; annual plans at the annual renewal date.
No partial refunds on cancellation. Cancelling stops future billing. It does not refund the current period (except under the 7-day money-back guarantee for first purchases).
Your data. After cancellation and the end of your paid period, your hosting account and its data may be deleted. Please download your website files and databases before your service ends.
Domains after cancellation. Cancelling hosting does not cancel your domain. Your domain remains registered to you until its own expiry date.
Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry. If unresolved, hosting may be suspended and then terminated. Reactivation may require settling outstanding fees.
